Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 13, 2026

All products sold through Avidity Legal AI are digital products. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all sales are final once the product has been purchased, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise made available to the customer.

No Returns or Refunds

Avidity Legal AI does not accept returns and does not issue refunds for digital products, including:

Training courses and educational materials
Templates and document resources
Prompts and AI-related materials
Workflow and automation resources
SOPs, guides, checklists, and systems
Downloadable files
Recorded content
Digital toolkits and similar electronic products

A refund will not be issued because a customer:

Changed their mind
No longer needs the product
Did not use or complete the product
Purchased the wrong product
Expected a different result
Does not have the software, technology, or third-party platform necessary to use the product
Determines that the product is not appropriate for their individual practice or business

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description before purchasing.

Digital Access and Delivery

Delivery is considered complete when the digital product is downloaded, emailed, made available through a customer account, provided through an access link, or otherwise made accessible to the customer.

Failure to download, open, review, or use a product after it has been made available does not create a right to a refund.

Technical Problems

If a customer experiences a verified technical problem that prevents access to a purchased digital product, Avidity Legal AI will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide another method of delivery.

A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund if the purchased product can otherwise be delivered.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If a customer is accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase or believes an incorrect amount was charged, the customer should contact Avidity Legal AI. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected.

No Guarantee of Results

Avidity Legal AI does not guarantee any particular legal, financial, operational, productivity, revenue, client acquisition, or business result from the purchase or use of any digital product.

Failure to achieve a particular result is not grounds for a refund.

Attorney and Professional Responsibility

Many Avidity Legal AI products are designed for attorneys, law firms, and legal professionals.

Purchasers remain solely responsible for exercising independent professional judgment and for determining whether any template, prompt, workflow, training material, AI-generated output, automation, or other digital resource is appropriate for their practice.

Attorneys and law firms remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws, court rules, rules of professional conduct, confidentiality obligations, supervision requirements, and ethical duties.
