She brings more than 25 years of experience across legal services, law-firm operations, case and workflow management, billing administration, client service, document production, team coordination, and business process improvement.
Her work sits at the intersection of law, operations, and technology. Rather than introducing AI as a disconnected tool, Mary focuses on how a firm actually functions: how work enters the business, how responsibilities are assigned, how deadlines are protected, how information is documented, how billing is controlled, and how leaders gain visibility into performance.
